    • Friends of the Library
      • The Friends of the Thunder Bay Public Library is a non-profit association of public service minded volunteers who are dedicated to promoting and supporting library service in Thunder Bay.
    • Home Service
      • This service is for people who are home bound and/or visually impaired. The library provides a selection of materials tailored to your reading tastes, delivered by a volunteer or family member.
    • Readers Are Leaders
      • The Readers Are Leaders program matches children in grades 1, 2 or 3 with a volunteer from the community to read together and enjoy fun activities that build confidence, interest, and the joy of reading!
    • Indigenous Advisory Council
      • Join and help guide and support the Library's ongoing decolonization and reconciliation efforts through meaningful discussion at IAC consultation meetings. 
    • Community Action Panel
      • Panel members contribute ideas and provide input on Library services, collections, programs, and more.

    • Readers are Leaders
      • The Readers Are Leaders program matches children in grades 1, 2 or 3 with a volunteer from the community to read together and enjoy fun activities that build confidence, interest, and the joy of reading!
    • Youth Advisory Council
      • Gain interview experience, have your voice heard, help the library buy books and influence library programs. 
    • Teens Review
      • Help your fellow readers by writing reviews of the books, movies, or albums you love (or hate) for community service hours.
