Please keep in mind that these are high-level, conceptual designs that are not intended to answer detailed operational questions like "how many books will fit in that area?" or "how many people will those hot desks accommodate?"  Items like bookshelves and seating are intended to give you an idea of where things will go, not exactly how many they will be.  Those details will be worked out in the next design phase.
