- intake to Coordinated Housing Access Table (CHAT),, opens a new window for individuals and families that are navigating being unhoused or experiencing homelessness
- connections to resources
- assistance with completing applications and system navigation
- brief supportive counselling

The Thunder Bay Good Food Box (GFB) is a monthly fruit and vegetable distribution program that aims to increase access to fresh and affordable produce. The program is intended for, and primarily serves, families and individuals with low or fixed incomes including young families, sole support parents, students, seniors, and people with disabilities.
Buying a Good Food Box gives you a low-cost way to get fresh produce. The contents vary each month, but there are typically 9-12 different items per box, and all boxes are packed identically. The produce is ordered from a local grocer and may also include seasonal, locally-grown fruits or vegetables. Each box also contains a featured item and a newsletter with easy, healthy recipes inspired by the contents of the box.
Good Food Box pick up is on the third Wednesday of the month (with occasional exceptions), and the order deadline for customers in typically the Monday of the week prior. Monthly order deadlines can be viewed via the Calendar, opens a new window. Please verify your pick up time with your host site.
