This section provides information about Library Board meetings, including schedules, agendas, minutes, and how members of the public can participate.

Meeting Schedule

Board meetings are held at 5:15 pm on the following dates and locations:

Agendas and meeting packages are available by selecting the dates below. Minutes for each meeting are included in the following month’s package.

If minutes are not available for a specific month, the meeting was cancelled.

Archived minutes may be made available upon written request at comments@tbpl.ca.

Attending a Board Meeting: Members of the public may attend Board meetings.
Advance Notice: If you wish to attend a meeting, please email the Library Board Chair at least one week in advance.
Accessibility and Accommodations: All Library locations are accessible. If you require accommodations, please contact the Library Board Chair at least one week before the meeting.
Deputation to the Board: Individuals or organizations wishing to appear before the Board must follow the provisions outlined in Board Policies Section 1.11 for details.
