In order to ensure proper fiscal controls, accounts payables cheques will be validated with one stamp signature and one original signature (the stamp signature being that of
the Chair of the Board).
The signing officers for the Thunder Bay Public Library shall be the Chair of the Thunder Bay Public Library Board, and one of the Chief Librarian/CEO, or his/her
designate.
