The Public Libraries Act allows a board to sell, lease or otherwise dispose of any land or building that is no longer required for the board’s purposes with the consent of the appointing Council.
TBPL Board and Employees.
The Library will follow City of Thunder Bay policies with respect to the sale or other disposition of land and seek consent of Thunder Bay City Council for any sale, lease or disposal of property.
