The Annual Operating, Capital, and Small Capital Items Budgets, as approved by the
Board, are the authorized operational and fiscal plan for the year.
The Chief Librarian and/or designate is authorized to commit and pay out of the Annual
Operating, Capital, and Small Capital Items Budgets previously approved by the Board.
Charges over $20,000.00 and funding for special projects are subject to Board
approval.
Purchasing procedures are governed by the Board Policy on Procurement Practices,
(3.3.).
