1.9 SELLING

To outline the policy for selling goods or services in Thunder Bay Public Library Facilities.

This Policy applies to any board member, current employee and/or potential employee, volunteer, or third-party organization.

The selling or soliciting of goods or services in the Thunder Bay Public Library facilities will primarily be for the Library’s own fundraising purposes or, as in the case of The Friends of the Thunder Bay Public Library, by a third party where a portion of the proceeds are donated to the Library. A request to sell goods or services by a third party may be approved by the CEO or designate.
