You’ll find your new Library Card number in that email, along with a PIN for signing in.

Thunder Bay Public Library’s databases can be accessed immediately with your new eServices Card.

To use other services, including hoopla, our digital media platform, as well as to check out books, DVDs and other physical items, you’ll need a Full-Service Card. Please visit one of our branches in person and bring a piece of I.D. which confirms your address to upgrade to a Full-Service Card.
