Bookings of the Community Program Room and Auditorium bookings require completing the Contract for Use of TBPL's Meeting Space.

Users of Studio 216 must sign the Studio Usage Agreement and complete a guided orientation with TBPL staff.

Costs

Library spaces are not available for birthday parties, showers, or other celebrations. 

Rooms must be left in the condition found (tables/chairs stored, all garbage in receptacles).

External groups may request that a smudging ceremony accompany their library meeting space booking by calling the Director of Communities at 807-684-6813 or emailing comments@tbpl.ca. External requests must be made one week in advance of the event date. If the indoor designated smudging area is occupied or unavailable during the requested time, staff may recommend a designated outdoor smudging area. 

(*) Note: The fees listed above provide guidelines for one-off rentals. Longer-term rentals will be negotiated.
