Wit Knits | Retirement Explorers | Retirement Books

The library collection, facilities and services are available to all segments of our community.  Of particular note for seniors: 

Copies of the free Thunder Bay Seniors paper are available at each library location.

TBPL is a member of Age-Friendly Thunder Bay and supports the Senior Charter.

TBPL partners with many seniors organizations within Thunder Bay.  Links of some of those organizations can be found below, or check out our programming link.

Wit Knits

If you're new to knitting or experienced and 55+, you are welcome to join Wit Knits, a group that gets together to knit (and crochet). Share stories and laughs with fellow group members while you work. For information please contact Jennifer at 684-2403.

Retirement Explorers 

Retirement Explorers are a group of retirees who pursue active recreation options. Retirees and soon-to-be retirees are welcome to attend. View our calendar to see what each session will offer. For more information please contact Jennifer at 684-2403.
