This page provides annotated links to case law as well as case-related services and information available mainly on the websites of Canadian courts and administrative tribunals.

Canadian Law List
A comprehensive source of Canadian law firms, lawyers, judges and government departments. Features include law firm profiles, practice areas and related services to the legal profession.

CanLII
CanLII is a non-profit organization managed by the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. CanLII's goal is to make Canadian law accessible for free on the internet.

Department of Justice Canada
The site includes the Department of Justice programs and services, justice related information and statutes(laws) and regulations of Canada.

Guide to Ontario Courts
Includes the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice.  Provides description of the Court, lists judges, speeches, judgements, notices and practice directions.  Also included is the Ontario Judicial Council, Judicial Appointments Advisory Committee and Ontario Justice Education Network.

JURIST Canada - Canadian Law Schools...
The single most useful resource for links to Canadian law.  The legal education network is hosted by the Bora Laskin Law Library at the University of Toronto.  It provides quality controlled resources and ongoing coverage of the latest developments in legal education, law teaching, legal research, legal news and world law.

New one-stop access to legal information:  finding a lawyer, family and criminal law, tickets and fines, lawsuits and disputes, wills and estates, and human rights.

The Law Society of Upper Canada Home Page
The self-governing body for lawyers in Ontario.  Provides lawyer regulation information, member resource centre for lawyers, information for law students and public assistance in addressing complaints and finding a lawyer.

Legal Aid Ontario
Information about legal aid in Ontario and getting legal help.

Legal Line Home Page
Provides information covering Ontario and Canadian federal laws.  Ontario residents now have direct free access to the laws and legal information.

LexUM
University of Montreal Faculty of Law links to Canadian and International Law resources including legislative and professional links.

Ministry of the Attorney General
