Do you need a room for a meeting, display or performance? We have a variety of rooms available for booking. Library spaces are not available for birthday parties, showers, or other celebrations (with the exception of small wedding ceremonies in the Brodie Fireside Reading Room). There is no charge for non-profit groups and co-sponsored Library programs.
You can now submit your own reservation request online!
To create a Spaces signup, click here or the Spaces button on the right (under Join Us Online) and click on Create Account.
Check your email after clicking on "Create Account" for your New Spaces Account Verification email and click through to confirm your new account. You are now ready to submit a reservation request to book a Library space!
To start, click on Request Space and click on the calendar box. Scroll through the dates and click on the day you would like to book.
Adjust the time slots and click on the green Search for a Space button.
From the reservation list, further filtering is available:
Available rooms appear with existing reservations in red, i.e, unavailable. The available time slots are in green.
Click on the green Pick Me! button to choose your space. Fill out the Purpose, Organization (if applicable), click the radio
button and check box questions. Click on the green Submit Request button.
You will receive a confirmation email for your request. Once the space is approved you will receive another confirmation email.
