Seniors

man with books

Your Thunder Bay Public Library has several collections and services of special interest to seniors.

All branches have large print books, in both the fiction and non-fiction sections.

Check out our new Large Print and Audio Books.

We offer small group classes on how to use the internet and email - a great way to keep in touch with family and friends.

The library offers a wide variety of programs that are of interest to adults of all ages.   In June we celebrate Seniors month with programs of particular interest to seniors.  We are also pleased to offer genealogy classes  through the local chapter of the Ontario Genealogical Society on an occasional basis.

Please use the links on the side of this page to learn about our Home Service and more.

Check out our internet links and  del.icio.us bookmarks for some useful websites, including http://www.ontarioseniors.ca/

Read Barb Philp's column "On the Shelf" in the Thunder Bay Seniors Paper.
