Welcome to Thunder Bay, and to the Thunder Bay Public Library!

The Public Library is a great place to get to know the community.

We have four branches, and you can see where they are located on our map

At the Library, you can borrow books, movies, music and more.  We have books and movies in languages other than English, as well as resources to help you learn to speak and write English.

We also have programs for children, teens and adults.  To see what's happening, visit our online program calendar.

Public internet stations and wireless internet access, are available at all of our branches.

To get a free Library card you need to bring in some identification with your local address on it.  Our friendly staff will be happy to show you around the Library.

Your Library card is also the key to access our extensive online Virtual Collection of databases, including magazine and journal articles, eBooks, eAudiobooks, streaming music and more.

Explore our Web site to learn more about the Library and community.
