Meeting Rooms

Do you need a room for a meeting, display or performance?  We have large auditoriums, small, quiet Study Rooms and two "Commons" fully equipped with computers. Everything you need to know about booking and using these rooms may be found below.  You may review the Contract for Use of Thunder Bay Public Library's Meeting Spaces / Commons online here.

All groups must bring their own supplies (coffee, tea bags etc.)

Set up and take down are the responsibility of the group.

General Guidelines

  • Set up and clean up are the group's responsibility.  Groups must provide their own supplies (eg. coffee, cups, sugar, cream, markers, paper, tape etc.) and publicize their own events.
  • All rooms must be booked and paid for (where applicable) in advance and a Rental Contract must be completed and signed.
  • Library management reserves the right to allocate the use of all spaces as required, and does not necessarily support the views of any organization which books space.
  • Alcohol consumption is not allowed in any Library facility
