Behaviour Policy
The Thunder Bay Public Library provides everyone with equitable access to a wide range of library services in welcoming surroundings. This behaviour policy has been established to ensure the safety of public and staff and maintain the security of library property. These rules are applied in a fair, dignified and positive manner for the benefit of all. Library users must use the library in a safe manner and in accordance with the Customer Bill of Rights, City of Thunder Bay by-laws, and provincial and federal statutes.
